When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders within 1-3 business days unless an issue occurs.
How long does it take to receive my order?
United States: 10 - 20 Business days
Canada and Australia: 10 - 20 Business days
United Kingdom: 5 - 7 Business days
Europe: 10 - 20 Business days
Asia: 10 - 20 Business days
Other: 15 - 30 Business days
*P.S. This doesn’t include the normal 24-72 hours of warehouse processing time.
Heads up: Your package status may not update for 2 or 3 days at a time via the tracking link we sent you. So don’t worry—it’s totally normal for your package tracking to stay the same for a few days.
Where can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Simply click on "View my Order" and you will be taken to the tracking page. Or you can input the tracking number into the box below.

Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship to any country.
Where is my order coming from?
All orders ship from our distribution center in China.
My package has been marked as delivered but I haven't received. Can you please reship?
Unfortunately, that is not something we can assist with. If a package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier, we are not able to issue a replacement unless the shipment is being returned to us. We suggest getting in touch with the postal service directly.
